Last registration sticker on the windshield is from 2012. Not much info.

Between the tarp, the T-tops, and huge hole in the windshield (how does THAT happen?) the floors are probably gone.

Kind of a shame as the outer body doesn't look too bad. Does have a title

Does anyone make new seals for the tops?

From FB (and not too far from me)....... 1979 Chrysler cordova on FB

Seller's description

Project car clean title complete [hidden information] Artie

Looks like it sat under a tree for years.
Windshield coulda got broke by a mailbox. grin
As far as seals that's a good question for magnumguy.

Yea, when I was shopping for a truck and stuff I saw you often wonder how something fell into such disrepair. tsk

with the white and red interior color combo, padded vinyl top and the stripes. i am pretty sure that car is a Chrysler 300 and not a regular Cordoba. so it's a somewhat rare car.
to bad a flipper dug it out from under the trees. probably paid $2-300 for it. if he actually knew what he has the price would be higher..

i worked at a Chrysler dealership bodyshop when these cars were sold new. those T-Tops leaked badly and often.

Looks like a good candidate for one of the YouTube cleaning videos. Than off to the scrap yard.

According to the description, it's not white but gray.

Quote
Exterior color: Grey · Interior color: Red

I remember seeing Cordoba's in a real light grey, but I don't know the name of the color..

Parts car at best, I can think of probably a dozen or so parts that could be used on other '73 - up B's.

popcorn

I believe it was Pearl Grey as Dove Grey was darker.

Why can't these dumba$$ flippers take the time, and give the vehicle a quick wash at the
coin car wash... after buying it for next to nothing, before towing it home??
Then at least clean the leaves and broken glass up, before taking pictures?? Just pathetic. shake_head

Since I wasn't a dumb azz, I washed and cleaned every car, then let them set a few days so they got rained on, or dust settled on them before taking my pictures. Made them look a lot less staged.

Yeah - it burns my chaps that some idiots will just let a vehicle turn to crap - it's a stupid waste of money, if nothing else.
If they're too lazy to even clean up the vehicle before posting an ad showing their incompetence, that's pretty much peeing in their own Wheaties, isn't it ?

Regarding the pictures, when I first saw this ad, there were no trailer shots. I went back to the ad a few hours later to post it here, the ad link, the script, the price were all the same, just the pics changed. shruggy

As for not cleaning it, maybe they thought the 'patina' would make it worth more? shruggy
