Might anyone have any real-world experience when they set up a Dana 60 as what thickness equals what inch pound changes? Like if you take out .002 the inch pound # would go up 5-inch lbs. Or if you take out .002 it would be 10-inch lbs. #'s I used are an example pulled from thin air. Thanks

Been awhile since I've done a 60. Generally speaking, a thou will make 5 or 6 difference in turning torque.
How tight you pull the nut will make a difference too, and can be used for a fine adjustment.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.
