FWIW, I would seriously question what's hiding under all that blue paint. My guess is, based on the laziness not to at least mask things off (see door latch assembly for example), any repair work attempted underneath the paint will be equally soddy. It needs a thorough in person inspection. If the only flaws are those in the pics, $22K might be a good starting point for the seller but I'll bet you could get it for $15-16K (if not less) if you show up with cash and a trailer.

Also necessary to question the judgement of anyone driving around with a floor jack just rolling around in the trunk too.
