Does this use the flat style like a 69 440 or the bubbled up later one? Or???

That is the old style deep well with the flat top without the side tin. If the choke well is open into the hot air crossover, you are missing a well cup as well. The cup sits into the well, and the choke stat sits in the cup and its all held in place with the two screws. Only the cup to manifold had a gasket.
