The Stage V is a little taller than a factory manifold but still fits under the hood on my Cuda The shaker sits up a little higher out of the hood than factory. I have a marine manifolds also. The nice thing is it has the same carb spacing as the stage V so the same shaker base works with either.

One of the intakes looks just like the one you have, the other, also a Wieand, is roughly an inch shorter.
