Well. I spoke too soon. I’m sitting in front of the car, running, with the high beams on. These are two photos taken within seconds of each other. The problem is, I’m the only one in the shop. Off then on. This is crazy. You can hear the new relay clicking on then off. Maybe this is related to the headlight switch. Man I’m stumped. I’ll try the resistors thing next after I call someone that works with led headlights. I have not tried my incandescent bulbs on high to see it it does this.

Ok. Now with one incandescent low headlight, after a few minutes of running with high beams, all four lights go off then on with the doors opening and closing. If I had any hair, I’d pull it out. Next I’ll try another dimmer switch.

Three dimmers later and it’s still doing the same thing. I’m going home tonight and try this tomorrow with a fresh brain.

I may not sleep tonight I unplugged the headlight motor and the lights still flash on and off It’s not the circuit breaker because it’s stays hot on both poles while the relay turns the headlights off and on. Brother.

Did you look at the headlight and headlight motor grounds? I know you did a bunch of testing with a jumper but am unclear if that was also part of it?

Yes I have. The strange thing is I can unplug the headlight motor completely and the lights turn on and off when they are on high. I must have more than one problem I’m chasing here. My next thing is to start replacing the leds with incandescents until I get it to stop doing this on high. Something is triggering the relays. Both oem and the new one to turn off and on when the high beams are on.
