The RAS shafts I use with my Hughes rockers also have upper and lower oiling holes, but I have never noticed a low-RPM oil pressure issue. Never used any restrictors with the previous Stage VI heads, but have .090-ish restrictors with the current Victors because the oil feed passages of the Victors are bleepin' huge.

I agree the people at Harland Sharp are top notch. I had a set of rockers I was going to sell. I bought Indy heads so I needed a different set of rocker arms. Since they are an expensive item, I wanted to make sure my set was fine as two of the rockers had some wear on the bodies. I didn't want someone to put them on their engine and have a rocker ruin it. I called H.S. and sent them a picture. They said they should be fine but if you want to definitely make sure they are good, to send them for an inspection. I mailed them in and they inspected them for free. They told me they are fine to run. They then shrink wrapped them in plastic and sent them back at their own expense! I couldn't have been happier from their customer service.

If you contact them, I am sure they will be able to answer your questions and figure out what you need to do to get the oil pressure to where it is supposed to be.
