Hello,
I am looking for a recommendation on where to buy a good touch up paint. The color is SS1 Sunfire Yellow on a '68 Dart. We are simply trying to take care of some small chips.
Thanks!

I've had some good luck with these guys on multiple cars. They sell in spray cans and touch up bottles too.

I appreciate the input.
I'll look into both options.
Thanks!

Brush or spray ?

SS1 and Y2 yellows are a SOB to match - I have a few small cans of single-stage enamel here, and they vary in cast & brightness.

We're going to try a pen or brush for this. They're small chips that my wife just wants to keep from becoming a rust issue down the road.

I have never had very much luck using the Pens. They do not fill in the scratches well.

I bought a paint nibbler, https://www.amazon.com/Mirka-MINF-Denibbing-File/dp/B00XN2CRAS and use the brush. Overfill the scratch (multi-pal layers as needed), file down, wet sand and hand polish.

67vertman,
I'll give that a try. Thanks for the advice.

Go easy with the nibbler and take your time. I used tape around the area on the first couple of times using it. Once you get the hang of how it cuts it gets easier.
