The vendor numbers are likely stamped on the fan as well. Usually a 5 digit number (looks like one in photo above under pentastar) . This may help tell the story.

Does Tony still make the reproduction 216 fan? I can’t find them or the price? The reproduction 216 fan is out of stock everywhere. I did read once that OER or someone was going to make another run..........

We have made another run, they're almost here, baltimore port closing caused delay, will have in hand sometime in July Awesome; thank you Tony! I did something stupid and bent one of the blades on mine. Still works perfect but, has been driving me nuts. Been looking for another one.
