I shouldn't, but I do like it.

I liked them. Had several. Down side was they had carb issues. If I owned one I would look for a way to convert to fuel injection.

Thank you for being an automatic and potentially saving me from doing something stupid.

I drove a black 82 4-speed with those wheels for a couple of years 1987-1989, I wish I had never sold it. I did buy an 83 Scamp about 10 years ago that had a custom paint job, it went to Japan! eek Never really liked the factory red and orange, but this one is sweet!

I have always liked those. My dad bought an '83 Turismo brand new, with the same color, as this car.
Larry, why shouldn't you like it? Everything doesn't have to be a V8 RWD with 600hp to be fun.
This looks really good, even though the sellers description is not the best.
I would convert it over to fuel injection also.

I agree, everything doesn't have to be a V8 rwd. I wasn't sure if I was going to be shamed on here laugh

LOL...I hear ya Larry! I personally gave up years ago, trying to appease what others think about my opinions, or
thoughts on subjects. If I like something, ( like this Rampage) I'll say so...nuff said! beer

it looks like a very nice clean car.
the front lower fender part without a bumper spoiler looks odd.
in todays market prices $15K isn't that bad of a price.
i have offers for more than that for a 09 Jetta Smyth UTE conversion once i finally get around to finishing it.
