At 0.33 in on the video, the speedometer shows numbers going up to 200, so it may have been built in or for another country.

Speedy is kilometers per hour. Given where it is located its likely from Mexico or South and Central America especailly given its written in Spanish

Ad says it's a 72 but has 71 side marker lights.

All bets are off when it comes to export/ foreign built.

The car actually looks pretty solid.
