I had to change the bracket from a Holley to an Edelbrock. I looked at the throttle cable bracket and there is about a 1/4" difference in the length of the cable. I will adjust it and see what happens.

Something still not right, as cable opens front blades and the secondary opened by the linkage and flex spring after the front open. Unless cable was interfering with secondary operation. Just got it finished...It is idling around 800 rpms and sounds great! Thanks for everyone's help! ![wave wave](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/wave.gif)

I questioned actual throttle blade position on my first post ![wink wink](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/wink.gif) But it does show how a group can be drawn down a rabbit hole.
