Thanks for the info Bill and yes I do. Bodywork and paint on the RR was done back in 1997 and it needs a refresh so I'm going to concentrate on that. Cool. Sounds like $3000 range as is Still the same engine it was a few years back? Damn that car sounded good My youngest LOVED it.

68 GTX, has original numbers drive train and I have the build sheet. Body is toast, it came up from Alabama in 2011 and was stored outside on dirt under a lean to. All metal south of the firewall except for the roof would have to be replaced. My options are strip out what I can and scrap the body or sell as is. What do you think the as is sale price might be?
Thanks for any responses. Sell/remove all parts worth $$, then scrap the body. Selling it all with any paperwork/tags/plates could become a re-body down the road.

I have some pics on my iphone I can try and post later but right now at a neighbor's watching the Browns game. Can anyone tell me how to load pics, never done that.
In Your reply, look at the post options, select "attachment Manger" click on it. You drag and drop or select a file to attch. Four pic maximum per reply. or.....http://www.moparts.org/moparts/info.html#image Either way it is pretty easy once you do it a few times.

I agree, it’s far from gone.

Looks like I'm only allowed 4 pics but here they are. I can see what you are talking about. The slight gaps in the body panels, the wavy Sheetmetal from the doors back, rear structure looks almost like the shock are worn, but the body looks to be bowing in the pics? I will say at best, it is a donor to be a race car. Sell the roller to someone that plans to put a back half clip in it. Would be good to see how bad the rails are. you can post 4 pics per post, just have to do a new reply to do it.

My opinion is, if you don't have the money/time/inclination to take on the restoration yourself, I would sell it as a complete car, so someone else can hopefully bring it back, to it's former glory.
