I think my fave is the red Pentastar.

I don't know why companies cant stick to tradition though, and keep the same one.

Seems some have or at least closer like Ford and the bowtie. Probably name a few more like that 3-point Star and the roundel.

I also think they made a marketing faux pas when they made Ram stand alone brand so we don't have Dodge Trucks anymore. People still can't keep it straight all these years later. I'm constantly hearing "Dodge Ram Truck" at work and it's just a Ram. Tradition of Dodge trucks runs deep as does/did loyalty.

I wish my TRX had big bold DODGE on hood and tailgate.

The ram one wasn't bad looking, but what it stood for was bad. "We sell trucks!....oh, and these crappy cars too, look at our new charger, we even put a ram face on it like our trucks!"

I agree except I don't think the LX platform is crappy. But yeah, sticking the Ram on cars too was lame.

I dont think its crappy either, one of the best American cars ever made, I mainly meant the other crap they made back then, caliber, avenger, the half mitsubishi throw away junk. The Germans knew the medium and small cars were crap so they went all in on reminding you they made the Ram and wrongfully made the charger look like a sedan ram.

I think the demise of the Plymouth name might have had something to do with it. They needed another "brand" to go along with Dodge and Chrysler.

I hate Ram and refuse to use it.
