It's too bad someone spray canned the engine compartment. What are the 2 things sticking out of the firewall, just to the left of the heater hoses? Was that for AC?

It's too bad someone spray canned the engine compartment. What are the 2 things sticking out of the firewall, just to the left of the heater hoses? Was that for AC? Yeah, looks like AC. If you look closely, you can see the AC vents are still in place under the dash. I wonder just how slow it really is? (I've ridden in a microbus )

I actually had a 68 Dart 2-door sedan with a Nissan fork lift diesel in it, was from California. Slow as molasses but got great mileage! Glad I still don't have it...LOL..

Just a couple years ago a aspen or volare wagon was on CL with this conversion. It was cheap and ran. Had I known it were some sort of semi sanctioned conversion I would of bought it to play with. It was in good shape and under $1500. Or maybe it was a good thing I didnt.

Looks like they already had a turbo on it. Still pretty pathetic for a turbo diesel. Unique piece and I wouldn't mind owning one, not at 5 figures though.
