The medication semaglutide, which is currently used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity, might also be an effective medication for alcohol dependence. In a study from the University of Gothenburg, the drug reduced alcohol relapse drinking and alcohol intake in rats by more than half. The results of the study are published in the scientific journal eBioMedicine.

Semaglutide is sold under brand names such as Ozempic. Since this medication has been approved for the treatment of obesity, demand has increased, which has resulted in difficulties in procuring the drug in recent times.

Look at pictures of people that are using that drug for weight loss before deciding to use it. Some of the pictures of celebrity users are downright scary.

July 19th should be "Drive Like Rockford Day". R.I.P. Jimmie.

If you want to reverse type 2 diabetes, go on YouTube and search for Dr. Fung. A Canadian Dr. who has had a lot of success in reversing it. He explains that it is an insulin resistance issue. The short version is cut back your sugar and carb intake and do intermittent fasting but I recommend watching his videos and listen to him explain it correctly. He has patients that have gone from a lot of insulin daily to none at all, just pills instead. Though I do not have diabetes, I been doing intermittent fasting and changing my diet. I lost 7 lbs of belly fat in a couple weeks just cutting sugar and eating good fats, like pistachios, cashews, and eggs.

Note.. don’t do this for type 1, that is something completely different.
