Do any of you have pictures of a panhard bar used with ladder bars?

Thanks. That helps.

I've heard it's good to keep the panhard bar parallel to the axle as possible. Whats the best way to do this? 1) Space it down from the framerail, 2) Space it up from the axle tube, os 3) Split the diff and space it equally form both until it's parallel?

Thats what I did on my street car with ladder bars,
the panhard bar. Yes you need to try and keep it
parallel, a longer mount from the frame and the axle
with a back brace on both. Now I would run a watts link,
basically its 2 panhard bars 1 on each side that attach
to a cross bar... this holds the rear centered and has
plenty of strength(you can google Watts Link)

I would like to go that route, but I've been told by several people that a diagonal locator is a no-no for a street car. They said it won't let the axle articulate over bumps and entering/exiting parking lots.

Is this true?

BTW, thanks for the info Mike. I researched a watts link. They seem really pricey. Are they absolutely necessary?

Its not the diagonal link that causes that, ladder
bars in itself do that, the bars are both(we will
call it rigid)they cant work independently

The watts link is pricey if you bought it, I would
build it myself
