Tom (moparts) is #2. Who's #1?

I first posted in Jan. of 2003, so I'm over 20 years on here as well. Wow - never occurred to me to even look.

I joined in 97, a few days after we bought our first computer. I had to rejoin in 2003, like everyone else. I had DT's for a few days because I couldn't get on here.....lol. I just looked, and I am # 31.

Thank you Tom, for all that you have done to provide this place for us for so many years.

I can't find a listing for #1, wonder if it was who setup the "new" Moparts?

Go here "user list" https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showmembers.html and sort by "joined" then click on the member's name. You'll find it in order of (re-)signup and not find a #1 but starting with the real number one on this forum Tom (moparts) as #2.

I first joined in '97 as well. I had to browse at work as I didn't have a home computer back then.

The admin account to set the software up , then you delete the set up account

Looks like I came on at #471 sometime in the late 90s, and people were talking about the "Dallas board" but I don't know what that was about. I'm not one of the elites here, but this forum has been a great source of information, Mopar-related and otherwise.

OK another question that is somewhat related, the post count number hovering around 3.1+ Mil. (top right corner of posts), Is that since the beginning of the site or the latest version ?
now translate that into man hours

I'd guess, like the join date, it's just this latest version.

Did you notice in the Q&A section you can go all the way back to 2005?

Rocking the Jan. 2003 date as well. Originally joined in 1999 or 2000 I think? Been too long ago to remember. I just know I didn't have a computer of my own. Asked my boss if I could use the ONE terminal in our group that had internet access to browse the web, and joined from there at work IIRC.

Where are you guys finding this member #?
