Bolt hole alignment might not be great. For whatever reason the TF bolt hole location is a bit off versus the average of other heads. Other than that I think they should work. I have TF270 heads. In an older thread I posted the TF270 bolt hole locations along with some other heads.

Had some stamped chrome valve covers on the 505 with the trick flow 240 heads that I sold to Dan. I think the only issue was the valve cover gaskets needed to be trimmed for clearance around the rocker shaft stands at each end?
