I got a brand new battery 12.6V, and it cranked fine but would not start. I charged the new battery up to 12.9 volts and it fired right up. The strange thing is I have 2 , 2013 grand caravans. the old battery works in one van but not the other. Another weird thing is that when I jump started it and it started, It would only rev to exactly 3000 rpm. but after i let it run half an hour and charge the new battery up to 12.9v I could rev it up way over 3000 rpm. I dont think my multi meter will test how many amps the starter is drawing. I missed the above part on my first read I am going to say you have a ground or connection issue somewhere with almost 100% certainty. Might try Noid lights to see if the injectors are firing, then onto the ignition for spark. Do keep us posted

, OHHH, zee verrdee nice pichures, Vaht kined uf german Veehickul?
Sorry that 💨💨🟤 An old '95 E320 with the M104 6 and somewhat clean and well taken care of, I never would have suspected this. Went to pick up lunch for my son for work, parked in the driveway to rush lunch in for him and figured I'd move it after he was off to work. It wouldn't start and so the long diagnosis started from camshaft position sensor, to crankshaft position sensor, to fuel pump testing, to denial that it may be the dreaded GREEN DEATH. Pulled the front engine cover off and there it was the first indication a ground wire with the insulation flaking off. The dreaded eco wiring harness that considering the car's shape and care it just couldn't be, but it was. Mike
