Love the car, price, not so much.
It really doesn't matter whether you win or lose… as long as you look good doing it!

What’s an “Elite Survivor”? The ad was too long for me, but I skimmed it. At the end it mentions an auction. Is the seller unclear about how CL works?
It is a neat car, but I would guess the value is around $30k to the right buyer. $55k is cuckoo.
'67 is an abbreviation of 1967 67' is an abbreviation of 67 feet They are not interchangeable.

At the end it mentions an auction. Is the seller unclear about how CL works? Seller has it on ebay too. Looks like he just did a 'copy and paste' of the ebay listing....... ebay linky

I also want to know when the term elite survivor came to. Hopefully the corvette guys haven't trademarked it already....

Not “Elite Survivor”
Replaced:
Exhaust Hoses Belts Paint on engine looks freshened Brakes
No pics of undercarriage
Nice $20K car for “someone else to own”
Interesting 4-door C-body to look at in someone else’s garage

The quad stacked headlamps are tough looking. They are? I keep the entire front end properly greased, baby. He's overly enthused by this. As clean as can be, it truly looks and smells like a new car "smells like new" is the single biggest lie told by sellers who are selling an old car. No, it doesn't smell like new. They were replaced with high end modern radials Why not just tell us what size/brand of tires they are? I don’t do it often, because it really makes my smile muscles hurt. Reading this ad made my eyes hurt She's actually indifferent, since it's an inanimate object. keep the works supple and lubricated. Surprised he didn't also use the word "moist" here. Guy sounds like a pain in the ass, though reading through the BS, he did give a really thorough description of his $20k car.
Earning every penny of that moderator paycheck.

As far as the price goes, it's one of those cost vs value things. It's no more worth $55k than a 71 Hemi 4spd Cuda ragtop is worth however many million$ the last one sold for but sold it did. If a top of the line Plymouth Cbody in unrestored original showroom condition is on your just gotta have list, then you're going to have to pay for it. Probably less of them on the planet than Hemi Cuda ragtops. Kevin

I’m not seeing why anyone would walk past any of the many 55k mopars you could own and buy this. I’ll take a guess that the guy in my that still has Ohio plates on the car bought it for what it’s really worth, which is under 30k, and it trying to flip it after a thorough deep cleaning.
I want my fair share
