If you undercoat make sure you put the same amount on both sides or an unbalanced condition may arise .... Like this vehicle that was only undercoated on the passenger side.

Does anybody have pics of the underside of original undercoated cars? How do they look like?
You could always leave the J55 undercoating off and then put it on later when the bottom starts to look bad.

It's worth noting that all the cars got undercoating in the front & rear wheelwells after paint. Also some inside the quarters before paint.
