Did the 36 oz do what you wanted now that you’ve used it awhile? I’m getting ready to recharge after a leak. 36 worked, but it did freeze up on max cool. Worked well on regular cool. I didn’t get to put a gauge on the vent before it leaked out the schrader that didn’t get changed. 69 GTX with all factory style parts.

For those with doubts about the refrigerant conversion… I took pics from a Mopar mag I have where an article was posted with all the procedurement. Althought I think missed to take the pic to the last page, but the basics are still there

I made it and it worked great.

Didn’t changed the hoses because they were “seasoned”. Just changed when got one of them broken.

Yeah, the 80% rule is a good guideline for converting R12 to R134a. So if your manual says 3lbs 6oz of R12, then 2.68 lbs of R134a should be about right.

I had it blowing low 40s at center vent outlet
