I am running a 7260/1330 conversion joint

large size has 1" caps and is 3 5/8 across, has tabs on the yoke to hold the caps in with straps...no clips

small side has clips to hold the caps in with straps

I found it under a 67 polar with a 3.23/742 case with HP440 or 426 also will cross over to a ford/crysler conversion joint

I dont have my napa part # handy but will get it and post it later

measure across the yoke, put the straps on and measure the cap

small,large,larger are the u-joints

I called a local driveline shop and explained my situation. They said they should be able to fix it up. I'm going to drop the driveshaft and the straps off tomorrow.

Thanks again for the help!

No part number off hand, but there is a conversion joint available from CarQuest, and Autozone,....it's a cheapy,...I'd recommend you stop by a driveshaft shop and get the Splicer brand, unless CQ or AZ can get can assure you of the Splicer brand,....I have two cars running the conversion joints,...no problems,......also contact DrDiff here on Moparts, I believe he has conversion joints as well

I might have to do that if I can't find a slip yoke for the trans. Should be ok. I ran 12.0's with one on the rear w/ zero problems
