Well I think either dodge or plymouth made a 331 poly but but not a true hemi Okay now I have to do some research. You know what they say about old age.... Uh ... I don't remember.

If I didn't have those pics to rely on I'm sure some of my memories would've passed by now.

I have seen, about eight years ago, a 1957 Dodge Fire Truck probably a D500 chassis that had a 354 Hemi in it. It had Chrysler Industrial on the Valve Covers.

Every electronic device is manufactured with smoke stored deep inside... only a true genius can find a way to set it free. The most terrifying words in the English language are: "I'm from the government and I am here to help!"

Well, here's a crappy cell phone pic that only a hot rodder could love... taken today after installing the right side header, trans cooler, and some other little things.

Seduce the attractive, and charm the rest. ****** 489 C.I.D., roller cam, aftermarket heads, tunnel ram, stock '54 Dodge rear axle assembly: which of these doesn't belong?

Here's my 74 W200 plow truck and my newest toy, a 1967 W200. The 67 used to have some sort of a wrecker setup mounted in the bed and a service shop used it to tow cars into the shop. Now it's seeing duty in the local truck pulls and doing pretty well.

I guess its about time I add pics of my '91 Ramcharger to this thread.

I bought it about 2 months ago for $1,000. Everything works (even the AC) except for the OD.

When I first got it, it seemed down on power, assumed it was because of a combination of unknown miles and being a 'smog' engine (pre-Magnum) 318. I pulled the throttle body and gave it a THOROUGH cleaning, then a few weeks later installed fresh plugs, wires and cap........

The plug wires were BAD, but, the difference was like going from a stock four banger to a big block! No, its not the fastest thing on four wheels, but, its a lot faster than it was!

And my mileage has gone up too. The odometer *kinda* works, so I'm not sure of exact mileage, but, driving my usual weekly routine, $20 in gas will last me all week whereas the '02 Ram 1500 with 4.7 I just got rid of, wouldn't make a week on $20. And, I know the '02 averaged 13-14. Could I be getting 15 or a bit better?

I originally planned to just drive it for a while than sell it off, but, I've run into a problem, I REALLY like this truck!! I NEVER liked my '02 as much as I've gotten to like the thing after just two months. Now my brain is trying to come up with ways to justify adding a third vehicle to the 'long term' fleet.

The dream is dead, long live the dream.......😥

Thanks man!! Just found this site. I love it!! There are many awesome rides on here! I've been into Mopars since my first one in 78. My dad and Uncle always had them too.

Here is my truck, its a 78 that my grandfather bought new. When he boutht it was some kind of dealer add on truck that said "Southbounder" on the back side of the bed. The truck has been repainted a time or two in its life so the Southbounder stickers are long gone. My intentions for this truck is tubbed, big blocked, interior upgrade, back red with Mopar tail stripe and twin scoops on a later model hood. I hope to start by the end of the summer depending on finances.......or let me say wife letting me spend the finances
