FWIW...I've been running single line external oiling for about 20 years now and never had an issue w/ using standard braided line.

And you wont Chip with steel braided line. But if someone is paranoid they make springs. We use the springs with the liteweight nylon(black)line just to be safe.

Well like most things there is a but..........Yes We use standard braided and the black nylon all the time BUT beware of cheap hose. Fragola is my choice but stay away from the "Cheaper hose that looks like it" stuff as it can de laminate internally and cave in. I have a piece in my office for your viewing pleasure that did and almost cost me a motor on the dyno.

I concur all we use is Fragola...Also FK Rod Ends both made in the USA by the Fragola folks..
