Heres my 1985 D-100. Body work was done this past August. Used to be manual steering truck, upgraded to power steering. Sure grip 8 1/4 with 3.55. Slant Six 4 speed truck.
beautiful truck. are those factory wheels? a buddy has a set of those wheels that came off his mom's '85 I was thinking about getting for mine. What kind of centers do the wheels have? he doesn't have any. Thanks
Thanks for the compliment. Yep, those are factory wheels. I had them sandblasted to take off the original clear coat so now they are just the raw aluminum. The center caps are factory caps from my mom's 1990 2wd Ramcharger. Hers had steel slotted wheels. I think they look way better than the original caps that came on the wheels in 85.

I basically found the truck with a good running slant six and faded paint. There was some surface rust and a little bubbling over the fenderwell on the box. Over the summer I had it looking like this....
Anymore questions or want to see more pictures....just let me know
yeah, can I have your bed? mine suffers from the "swiss cheese" effect. love to see some close ups of the wheels, and anymore you have of the truck. I traded my '86 W100,33" tires, 4" lift for this a couple months ago. /6,4 speed OD. 120,000 miles, no smoke, doesn't use a drop of oil. the truck is pretty solid, except for the bed. I keep fiding nice beds, good prices, just mostly on the west coast, and gotts get Christmas taken care of first.
Thanks for sharing!

That truck is just now broken in. The 84 I had with that drivetrain combo went to over 390k and I had to scrap it with a running engine. The body rusted so bad it was falling in half, but it always started.
