^^^ Yup. No photos of an actual car, or the facility? Seems like he thinks he can buy a rust free roller, roll it through a body shop + chassis shop + wheels and tires and still somehow profit when selling at $24,000. As stated, cool concept but doesn't sound like he's done his homework I sold my Duster for $25K last summer. It was running, driving, legit 10 second street car with low deck 512, EFI, Ford 9 inch, 13 inch brake rotors, 17 inch rims, etc. Most of the parts were new, body was clean with all bodywork done but no final paint. I think a shop could sell a roller for something in the high 20's and make money but they would need a supply of clean rollers coming in the door. Might be able to do a few cars a year at that price but wouldn't be a volume business since the supply of original cores has pretty much dried up.

[ The featured cars on their website are not even close to the caliber of the car they are advertising. None of the shop photos even show a remotely close to working shop to be doing the type of work being advertised. Red flags all over!!! You have some good eyes to be able to see cage and chassis work in a couple cars with no interior shots, and assessing a working shop on what appears to be a storage area. They have a phone number...

If any of you have been listening to the Talking Mopars Podcast, they have been talking about this company, the Dart they are building, and a lot of their experience and vision for about 2 years now. And the world is a very different place than it was two years ago. I'm not sure how that translates to them talking about their experience. The world is a different place so they lost their experience and vision somehow?

The world is a different place so they lost their experience and vision somehow? Their "vision" of finding cores and building cars for the money they are talking is going to be a little tough when costs have gone way up, a lot of it double, in the last two years, Everything, down to welding consumables, tubing, nuts and bolts, paint, and every single part on the car...when you can get it. Rust free Dusters and Darts in the northern midwest for 5K? Sign me up for a few of those. Being able to build a good car from nothing, painted and ready for an engine and trans for 50K? And make money doing it? More questions than answers here. Not questioning experience or ability. Just what corners have been cut to be able to do it. Enough guys here have built cars themselves and know what stuff costs.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.
