Good morning, hope you all are doing well and thinking about getting your MoPars out of winter hibernation...

To motivate you to get off your duff and grab a wrench - I am happy to announce this year's Moparts New England Summer Cruise will take place on Saturday June 4th, 2022! Please mark your calendars!

2022 marks the 18th year of Moparts NE Cruising.. which makes the event legally an adult, though you wouldn't necessarily know it from our behavior..
- The Cruise will include all the traditional fun, friendship and fuel stops you are used to from years past.
- As we have been doing for the past 4-5 years, we will be starting somewhere on the New Hampshire Coast, and driving to Rick & Brenda's Mopar BBQ in Rindge NH to benefit US Veterans.
- The Cruise route will be posted here in early May, with times and locations of our stops along the way.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's faces and classic or new Mopars, AMCs, Jeeps, etc... It's all good, just bring yourself and an open, positive attitude!

AAAAAHHHH! Yet ANOTHER year I can't make it , I'm so ticked.
Daughter's graduation ceremonies are Saturday and Sunday and have family coming from out of town.
And this is the year I thought I could go..

Thanks, and I'll definitely post pictures from The Cruise for you all after the weekend ! Thanks to you all who have an interest - new and old - in joining us for the New England Moparts Summer Cruises, they've been a ton of fun and luckily not too many mis-adventiures. Every year is slightly different because of the people, the cars, the weather, the route - I can't remember them all, but it's been fun!

DETAILS COMING SHORTLY -

.. the forecast looks great - sunny and in the 70's, so I expect not to need the Sunday rain date.. We are ON!

THE BASICS -

..I plan on posting route and time details at the end of the day today, but the general outline will be familiar to most - We start at 10th Street and Route 1A in North Beach, NH and make our way to Greeley Park in Nashua, NH, from there we head west - this time we'll Cruise our way down into Winchendon, MA before we turn north and join lots of other Mopar and Moparts folks at Rick and Brenda's Mopar BBQ at 117 School Street in Rindge, NH 03461... grab that GPS address in case you end up like the infamous CharlieBB... ! Rick and Brenda's BBQ is to benefit their local Veterans, so I encourage you to offer them something for the energy and effort they put into their event..

As usual, it's all about the people, we have been getting together for 18 years now - kids have grown, people have aged, some cars have changed, some have more miles - and we have made great friends in the process!

Welcome once again to The MOPARTS NEW ENGLAND SUMMER CRUISE.!
This is our 18th year, so we are apparently considered Adults now..?

SATURDAY JUNE 4th, 2022 - Raindate Sunday.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:
8:00 - 9:00am. MEET & GREET at 10th Street and Route 1A, North Beach, NH.
9:00 - 10:00am. CRUISE to 452 Charles Bancroft Hwy, Litchfield, NH.
10:00 - 10:30am. RELAX for a short stop at a small roadside attraction before we head to Nashua.
10:30 - 11:00pm. CRUISE from Litchfield to Greeley Park Nashua, NH.
11:00 - 12:00pm. RELAX at Greeley Park for an hour, restroom break, snack, chat, photos..
12:00 - 1:00pm. CRUISE to Rick and Brenda’s Mopar BBQ in Rindge, NH .
4:00 - 5:00 or Whenever pm. MAYBE CRUISE to ice cream and conversation at Kimball's Farms.

TIME: Saturday June 4th, meet at 8:00am, we start driving at 9:00.

MEETING PLACE: North Beach, NH 8:00am at the intersection of 10th Street and Route 1a (Ocean Boulevard) south of Route 27 in Hampton, NH.
(GPS approx. 819 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton, NH 03842)

WHAT TO EXPECT: A day of easy Cruising with stops to relax, chat, take pics, eat, etc. About 100 miles in 5 hours before we end at a Mopar BBQ - which is a grassroots fundraiser, so plan on donating something.

FACTOID: We seem to always run later than the estimated times given below.

RAINDATE: Same times & places Sunday June 5th.

OTHER INFO:
- No rules or restrictions: Join wherever you choose, leave whenever you need.
- Cars welcome from all Mopar Family makes and models (we got a Ferrari to join us once).
- Feel free to share this on other Forums; ForwardLook.net, MassMopars, etc, etc.
- Bring your friends, kids, pets, spouses, hitchhikers, whatevah.....
- Drive safe, be nice, have fun.
- NOTE: We are invited to Rick & Brenda's Mopar BBQ in Rindge for a free picnic lunch. This is a local grassroots fundraiser to benefit veterans. Bring something to donate.


WICKED DETAILED ITINERARY and GPS LOCATIONS:

1.) North Beach, NH - MEET at 8:00am at the intersection of Route 1a (Ocean Boulevard) and 19th Street. We park at the seawall and enjoy the wicked nice beach. 1:00 hour meet & greet.
(GPS 819 Ocean Blvd, Hampton, NH 03842).

9:00am to 10:00am CRUISE from North Beach, NH to 452 Charles Bancroft Hwy, Litchfield, NH 03052.
ROUTE: From Hampton take Route 27 west. Continue straight on 27 at the intersection with Route 1 in Hampton. Get on Route 101 West to Manchester, continue West, merge with I-293 and take Exit 2 for Route 3A South. Drive south on Route 3A about 5 miles. The roadside attraction is on your right. Park on the south end of the lot. (1:00hour. 45 miles).

2.) Litchfield, NH - MEET at 10:00am at the roadside attraction amusement park thing, kind of a diner. Stretch our legs, get a drink, etc.. (GPS 452 Charles Bancroft Hwy, Litchfield, NH 03052).

10:30am to 11:00 CRUISE from the roadside amusement park to Greeley Park on Concord St in Nashua, NH.
ROUTE: South on 3A. Merge with 102 and continue south to Hudson, NH. Merge with Route 111 West towards Nashua. Drive across the bridge west to Nashua. Turn right (North) on Orange Street, continue until you bear right at the traffic light with Concord St / Route 3 and go north about a mile until you find Greeley Park. Park along the curb. (12 miles. 00:30mins)

3.) Nashua, NH - MEET at Greeley Park about 11:00am. One hour stop. Use the restrooms, stretch legs, photo ops on park roads, chat and relax. (GPS approx 94 Concord Street, Nashua, NH 03064)

12:00noon to 1:00pm: CRUISE from Greeley Park, Nashua, NH to Rick and Brenda’s Mopar Show in Rindge, NH. (via Route 130 to Brookline, NH, Route 13 to Townsend, MA and Route 119 to Rindge).
ROUTE: Take Route 3 north from Greeley Park, turn left on Route 3 bypass to 101A West. After crossing the highway overpass, take the “jug handle” on the right to cross 101A and drive south on Charron Ave, then turn right on Pine Hill Road towards Daniel Webster College.. Follow Pine Hill until you get to Route 130 West to Brookline NH. Stay on 130 west until you see the Left arrow for Fitchburg, MA. Leave 130 by taking this towards Route 13 and Townsend, MA. Left turn onto Route 13 south. Stay on Route 13 to Townsend, MA and take a right on Route 119. Continue on 119 to Rindge, take a Left on School Road and find Rick and Brenda’s picnic car show for LUNCH. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the picnic in the shade with friends & cars. (Distance 35mi 1:00hr).

4.) Rindge, NH - ENJOY LUNCH and MOPARS at Rick and Brenda’s about 1:00pm. The Show runs until 4pm - stay as long as you wish, enjoy some picnic food, relax at the show with local Mopars and talking with everyone.. This is the fundraiser part, so offer them something as a THANK YOU RICK AND BRENDA FOR INVITING US! (GPS 117 School Road, Rindge NH 03461)


5.) … IS THERE ANYTHING AFTER RICK and BRENDA’s..?

…DECISIONS, DECISIONS…
I'll gather anyone who wants more driving and figure out where we might go - starting with ice cream at Kimball’s Farms after Rick and Brenda’s. (GPS 158 Turnpike Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452)..
After that, who knows ..
