Thanks to you everyone involved in This thread I’ve learned way more than I figured I would. So are there problems not running a prop valve on the street? My goal is drag and drive events as well as local drag strip stuff


Factory prop valve is used for desired bias on OE cars with OE parts. Once something is changed in the system, it's wrong and should come off.

If the system is designed correctly, the aftermarket adjustable prop valve will likely not be needed. Mixing and matching race and OE parts, drums on the rear, goofy disc bake kits and/or weird master cylinders, you may need one if there is a tendency for one end or the other to lock up.


If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.
