So neat, LOVE the day 2 unrestored cars and that goes hand in hand with the best choice of front wheels you put on it too. Can you give us some history on it? What's the story on it.

thanks everyone. it seems to be mostly original with the exception of the speed parts that were added when faced
un-barried my old 440 and putting it back together and gonna see if it will fire up. if it does its going in. it's a motor that I've had since around 1983 or 84. it's a 68' block, .030 over w/ some added pistons, cam, carb and intake and headers. should be a good driver motor if it still runs!

going to use this original air cleaner & valve covers as-is and not going to restore them. I think the old patina will match that rest of the car and the motor will look the part as an old drag car.

close up. lots of scratches, scuffs and a little rust, just like the rest of the car. should look right at home once it's in the car...
