Pardon me for posting in the unmoderated thread. I’m a new user and I have a question about the forums. I’ve looked at all the help threads and pages an can’t find the answer…and I just want to make sure I post in the correct place. I have three Chrysler engines that I want to post for sale but I can’t tell which forum/thread they should be posted in. Some threads are locked, some are not.

Dan

You're not able to post in any locked thread. You should post them in the unlocked threads in the "engines" section of the classifieds (link below). There are several threads in there, broken down by engine type - small block, big block, Elephant Hemi, and modern/Gen III Hemi/other. Choose whichever one applies to your specific engine, pick any ad that's already posted, click "reply," and then post your ad as a reply. Be sure to include price, location, and contact info. You can post up to 4 pics per ad. If you are selling slant 6 stuff, it would go in modern/Gen III Hemi/other.

Certainly not this forum unless the engines have “let’s go Brandon” or BLM painted on them! wink
You probably want to go in this forum:
https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/forums/13/1/moparts-engines.html
Find the appropriate sub forum under that one. Like if it’s a big block, reply to the first post in that sub forum, or the last. Change the title to describe your engine. Then type your description and make sure to include a price and contact info or the mods will delete your post.
Some newbies have trouble posting pictures. Look toward the bottom of your post you are creating and you will see a paper clip and the words attachment manager, click on that and add your pics.
Good luck. thumbs

Best to have some protection when posting, and any thin skin is not an attribute. grin

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
