I'm way closer to 300# than I want to admit. But I've tried several creepers in the past and they all have too much chassis flex, and the casters are straining too. I can feel the platform bending inwards. I may get some skateboard "trucks" (wheel assemblies) and some box tubing and weld one up that will properly support my big behind laugh

Here is a picture of the dog bone creeper I have.

I have an Ironton creeper from Northern Tool. It's similar to the one PittsburghRacer posted. Had it prob 7-8 years but doens't get used a ton. So far no issues with wheels falling of it. It does not like to roll over extension cords.

I got an exercise/yoga mat from a neighbor's garage sale for like $2.

Thin, lower profile than a creeper, but softer to lay on than cardboard. And it's made of closed cell foam so it does not absorb liquids like cardboard. And it rolls up nice when not in use.

Lord knows I don't use it for exercising....

Hi Drcharles , Right NOW I have an old House American Standard Boiler sitting on the SNAP-ON 6 wheel JC23 Creeper waiting for my plumber to haul it away . . I always put a piece of 3/4" plywood to protect creeper and have dropped a fully loaded 440 on it , and rolled it around in my Building NO problem . I know you are lighter than a dressed 440 ! drive and NO , I NEVER tell my Snap-On guy Why my wheels fall apart every few years . I ALWAYS tell him , must be that Snap-On steel , tell them to make Em Stronger ! haha My Creepers both look great protected from the plywood and have moved TONS , physically , of heavy things since I bought them . wrench NOT to knock other Creepers , but NO WAY would they hold and Roll around a 440 . Ronnie
