🤔 Umm, let's just call this a bump because I just did a lot of reading thinking this thread was going to end in a completed kit, lol. 😕

I'm not privy to this that I should share much but I do know this "kit" is running and about to be tested at the track. Plenty of indications that it is making some impressive power! I will rattle some cages and see if those involved are willing to talk more. I can say that Dizuster has been busy since he's started the advancement program at work and seemingly he's been getting more and more responsibilities further consuming his time. And Gdemon is always busy doing something he's less the 'typer' more the doer.

That looks very cleans! up However, the paint and shock bushing next to the down pipe won't last very long. Some header wrap will help! (Not sure why the pic doesn't follow the quote...)

Really interested in this, but in my twisted mind I wanted to try something like a pair of small T4 flange turbos mounted to a hedman shorty header. I used to have a Mitsubihsi Eclpise turbo and really like the compactness and reliability of the EVO style turbos. And before you say "too small" even a single B20G produced 24 PSI on a 2 litre that turned 7500 RPM, I would think that 2 of them would easily make 10-12 on a 6 litre motor only turning maybe 6K. Maybe put them on the Rocky and take all the stall and gear out of it and let the turbos spool early and give me diesel style torque since the Rocky dead hooks anyway. I have an R3 block W2 48 degree 366" motor and a Holley Pro dominator tunnel ram and the rocky has plenty of ground clearance to mount a lot of the turbo plumbing under and around the back of the motor. Just convert it from a 10 second bracket car I have to tow into a 10 second multi purpose vehicle I can actually drive quietly on the street with 3.55 gears and 30" high drag radials.

Either that or do something like this "kit" in this thread and put in a a second or third gen B body sedan with plenty of room around it.

So, a little update here. Gdemon (Jerry) owns the car and is a very capable mechanic and tuner. Dizuster (Scott) is the engineer behind the program. Jerry and Scott have helped me with my program so it's been time to help them. I went with Jerry to Lapeer on last Sunday to get some laps on the car. He has been very on top of tuning via O2's feedback. I want to say he hit 14psi with it and found the Felpro head gasket as the weak link. This was by design, and it is currently being fixed and will be out again as only one head gasket 'pushed' out. No other damage. Inputting te incrementals into Wallace shows a very compromised run is already in the 11's 1/4mile but i have to trust Jerry's seat of the pants feedback comparatively when he says it's noticibly faster than his mid 11's Cuda. I have a video that i might have the wife upload onto Youtube given permission. But it really doesn't capture the cars potential. The stock converter is keeping starting line boost down near 3psi currently. It'll be respectfully quick and fast soon enough.
