The main thing about Gene's bumpers that I didn't have to deal with on the AMD's is on the inside of the ends. Getting them smooth and laying nice to the body. Another was a bit of trimming around the studs to get the mounts to sit right. Just some little thing like that.. Of course these had to fit way better then they ever did from the factory. I've used probably around 10 sets of Gene's bumpers and was always happy. Funny thing is I may have snagged the last sets of AMD's too cause both Ted and Gene said these were the last ones that they would have
