I can't do it now but since it is getting harder to get parts like this it may be a good idea to spring for one while they are available.

I wouldn't wait, either. Sounds like you are trying to do one of the hardest things known to man; build a Hemi on a budget. Good luck.

Master, again and still

I thought about it but I didn't want to waste the guys time knowing full well I would not be buying right now.

It's less about a Hemi on a budget but more about buying while it's available in the hopes that I can build one later.

I feel like a whole engine will be easy, but expensive, to find for quite some time to come. It's the other stuff that will be hard to impossible to find, but I could be wrong.

Extremely friendly and easy to talk too. He provided me plenty of information and answered all my questions on several non sale calls. Was almost 8 months later when I sent the K frame. Price determined by what you want done.

I would buy now and not wait.
I bought some Schumacher Gen3 motor mounts awhile back, even though that swap is in my distance future.
Schumacher is no longer in business, so there's no guarantee these vendors or parts will be there in the future.

Lets hope that is true. I talked to a guy who supposedly bought John Arruzza's hemi mount materials. He was gonna start welding them together in a week. A few months later he was gonna sell me the pieces I could weld together myself.

I bought the conversion mounts for a 64 Plym but they will only allow a stock oil pump to fit, no duel line system. So I’ll just make up that side, trying to use their insulator.
