Since no one else has tossed out a recommendation: https://www.lunatipower.com/voodoo-retro-fit-hydraulic-roller-cam-chrysler-361-440-262-270.htmlI only checked Comp's and Lunati's offerings. Not many shelf offerings timid enough for a low compression motor with a 2.76 gear in a roller.
Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller. Very strong increase in low RPM torque and power. Works well with OEM style injection, great inboard/outboard marine cam for economy and skiing. ;Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 262/270 ;Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 211/219 ;Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .507/.515 ;LSA/ICL: 112/106 ;Valve Lash (Int/Exh): Hyd/Hyd ;RPM Range: 1400-5400
You'll most certainly need springs as well. I would bet 440 Source offers their head with springs for a roller cam. Give them a call and see what is involved in swapping hardware.

Comp Cams XE268H. Made the Mistake of keeping it from my dead 451, as it only had a few thousand miles on it. The mechanic helping me on this feels I need to bite the bullet now and go roller. I know there is some work involved with it. So your 'mechanic helping' feels the need for the roller but he is unable to recommend which one? Curious thing there. He wants me to do my own research and make my own decision about it.

And they actually have this one in stock. They are also out of lifters.

I would never use a flat tappet used cam in a different block or if the lifters got mixed up. The get broken in to the block, every lifter bore has very tiny differences in lifter bore angle and placement over the lobe so once it is broken in you will probably not get at least one bore close enough to the same that it don't wipe out the lobe. People think it is just a matter of keeping the lifter on the same lobe but it is also about the bore being centered or angled precisely.
I am not causing global warming, I am just trying to hold off a impending Ice Age!

That one from summit looks great to me although if I had the choice I would like to get an exhaust lobe the size of that intake lobe, other than that I wouldn't change a thing.
