I am planning 0.043" top and second rings; comments on 3/16 or 3mm oil ring? The 3mm oil ring is more than enough, will meter oil better than the 3/16" oil ring will, and the extra .070" skirt length will add to piston stability.

Jim, I messed up. Those p-to-V numbers were test fitting, no head gasket and before I milled the heads .040.
Here is a pic of the actual P-to-V measurements.
