Fred was my brother from another mother,I miss him and all the fun we had and all the crazy pranks he would pull.It was a sad turn of events when Fred lost his wife Francine in a horriable car accident then Nick's tragic death not long after. The loss of Fred was not only a personal loss of a great friend to me but a great loss to all things Mopar,I cherish all the memories and fill honered to have had such a friend,
RIP Brother Hemi Fred aka Pimp Daddy apimp

Thanks Justin,
I still like coming to the site but there hasen't been much to comment on,there doesn't seem to be a lot of the hard core racing people coming on the sight as in the past.Covid and political unrest have put a strain on how we conduct our lives.BGR is still going balls to the wall with AJ,Neil,Chris and the crew.We added an addition to the shop and now have over 22,000 sq ft of space.
I 'am still commited to the sport and hope to soon be back behind the wheel of the 65 Hemi Belveder with supperizing new upgrades. We hope everyone has a safe and prosperous 2021.
Respectfully Bob beer

I sold Fred a pair of MP solid aluminum Hemi heads a year or so before he passed on to hang with Sox and others. I never knew if they used those heads or not. Fred sent me a video of the turbo engine on the dyno and the square plenum box on top of the engine tried to turn cylindrical from the boost and split apart. I told him pressure vessels are always cylindrical or spherical. He proved why that is.

I met him at the 2008 Hemi Reunion and later at the York US 30 Reunion. I walked in the York show with Dick Oldfield and Fred never saw me. LOL! He sent me an e-mail the following week asking where I was. I told him I was with Oldfield and waited around for 15 minutes to say Hey! and left and walked around to look at the other cars.
