Anybody see or hear this? It popped up on the trending topics on my phone when I went to search the Internet. I guess his trailer caught fire with Ole Heavy and Ziptie in there and they both are a total loss and can't be repaired. I read on a car racing site that it happened on 40 in I believe Oklahoma and it also happened to Reaper too. I feel bad for JJ though as I know those are his prized possessions.

I saw on YB it was Ol' Heavy and The Heifer. Ziptie was wrecked at the race too. Yes, it was on 40.

Well, I'm sure they will find a way to milk 5 more seasons of shouting and "real" car racing out of it.

Too bad, JJ is one of like, 4 people on that show I can stand for more than the 5 minutes.

I quit watching the Skreet Outlaws mess a few years ago. When JJ and his bunch first appeared on the show, I thought he was the loudest mouth sonofagun I had ever seen. After the Memphis gang got their own show, and I watched him treat other groups that came to race MUCH better than Fatass Chief did in the same situation.....JJ became my favorite on those shows. I hate he had such a loss of prized possessions.

I was gonna say $100,000 dollar cars with $100,000 rigs to tow em around, and as I say they are race cars with headlights although there are very few real street cars on there. They will definitely milk more seasons out because ya gotta remember they got more than those 2 cars.

I liked the original show before they all started building tube chassis big dollar "street" cars. Took all the fun out of it. Then all these spin offs started and I walked away. Ruined a really good car show. Shame. I wish the best to those guys that lost stuff in fires, wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Moat trailer fires are caused by golf cart batteries followed closely by batteries for the trailer, to operate winch, lites, elec jacks. Most are not secured properly.

also could be brake related. Hate to see anyone lose their cars like that. I’m sure he probably has enough from the show to replace it all.

I quit watching that show when the network decided that focusing on someone as stupid as JJ DaBoss was a good idea. I don't find stupidity entertaining.

Update,

I saw a video on YouTube from JJ himself today. IF you would like to see the video I am talking about go to YouTube and punch in "The Real Street Racers", OR "JJ Da Boss What Happened" in the search bar. From what JJ said his wife noticed the fire so he pulled over and got everyone out of the truck, unhooked the truck from the trailer and then moved the truck out of the way, nobody was hurt. Ole Heavy was not lost in the fire, it was a truck LIKE Ole Heavy that he built and Ziptie was not lost in the fire either it was actually a car he ended up buying. So all is well
