I'm such an idiot, I checked my shocks tonite, they are Chassis Engineering not Competition engineering. Sorry guys. So, are these rebuildable?

I think you may be referring to Naake in Roseville, CA. Don't know his drag race stuff, but his is on top of his circle track shock setups.
