Having random problems on IPhone with this site only. Tap on any text won’t have any effect. Anybody else? Have to close out of site and re- log in at times to be able to navigate the site.

Thought it was a issue with my phone. Can’t hardly open anything, or reply. Have to hit the reload button many times to open and reply to stuff. Throw in the ads that cover the screen, and I’ll be lucky to even check out the site much longer.

Same here! This happened to me the last 2-3 days. Some links and threads won’t open.

I guess the infolinks opt -out button doesn't work anymore, I'm on my home computer and it won't go away

Those that just leave are quitters. Hope they don't do the same thing when one of their cars gives them a problem.

I can fix my own car, I can't fix a computer issue that isn't mine. Moparts isn't the same as it used to be. Back in the day, a new thread would get buried in 24 hours, as people used to discuss things more. Today we rarely see people post Test and Tune results, or race day results. If they do, it's just a quick blurb, and that's it. Some members here own, and race cars, but you would never know they do.

I've moved on largely to fbbo/fcbo, I can't take the ads, it's unusable on android too. I refuse to install a bunch of other plugins to deal with the garbage on the site. I only briefly check in here now and my build posts and such will not be posted here.

Not an iPhone user but having no issues. I have found that among questionably coded forum software, sometimes requesting the desktop version of the website helps ... a lot.

I dunno if iOS native browser supports desktop view, but Chrome(browser) and many others do. It may be an advert issue, but I use Adguard and even without root access it helps to provide a less congested browsing experience.

I see ads on this site, as I support that revenue stream. A good ad blocking solution will allow easy domain whitelisting. Adguard does.

I feel like an idiot responding to that post. It sounds like you know what you’re talking about. I am using chrome as my browser, but haven’t a clue how to change to desktop view. I’ll look into it and give a response whether it improves or not. Thanks.

Found the desktop view thing in my settings. It was already set to that mode. Tried it with the setting switched off, no real change.
Went to the “app store” installed norton ad block. Free. Eliminated the adds, sped up the site, and so far is operating without issue.
If the issue comes back I’ll update here, but so far so good.

Please keep us updated on this if it works i'll add the app.

I was having problems with the adds like you are. Even with add block plus installed on my phone. I finnaly stoped the adds, by opening moparts with the Duck Duck go search engine. It's a free app you can down load on your phone.

You know, these popup ads used to really piss me off just like it does everyone here. But, now, i decided to let it help me become a better racer. So i now i try and tree the ads like im at the starting line. I dont even get a chance at seeing what the ads are. . Hopefully i’ll be a better racer.
