There's a major difference between Carlisle and the Mopar Nationals, Carlisle is owned and run by the venue that puts it on.
They own the land it's on.

The Mopar Nationals is an event put on at a facility owned by someone else (National Trails), they are at the mercy of what's allowed at National Trails.

If the county tells National Trails what they have to do for restrictions unless National Trails challenges it, the Mopar Nationals must obey them.

All the Jim Belinda aka the Mopar Nationals do is rent the facility.

Is that too hard to understand?????

In the end the fault lies with the government for imposing the restrictions on certain types of events but not on others..

Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol
