I have three of them for my front suspension/K-frame assembly,
A little clumsy, but works well.

If anyone's in a pinch and has the material you can make these in minutes, and assemble in seconds, ...no fasteners.
These came with a motor I bought a few yrs ago.
Survived an 800 mile pickup bed trip with a complete motor, even with the broken wooden ear.
Motor was strapped down good for the haul.

They seem to take care making it work well. From their web site:
If you have an Aluminum Block with cross bolted main caps please let me know, it requires a special motor mount plate to clear the front cross bolt on the passenger side of the block
