Does anyone know what they are charging to go see these events ? I had heard before pandemic that they were charging a $100.00 to just attend the event.

Depends how much you are willing to spend. I've heard of guys spending 500 bucks or more to get the VIP parking and ticket. Yes...you can get into the gate for less than $100.00

Local Ohio racer Bill Lutz was testing Sunday at national trails. (Columbus oh)

The 2004 is ready. The new Mustang is still under construction...which is kind of a sore spot. The guy doing the chassis upgrades keeps moving us back. To be fair, he is doing the work at a reduced rate so he does the full rate stuff first. Still...I'm getting impatient and have almost pulled it out on two different occasions.

Bill is a friend of mine and he's fast. Should do well in NPK.

RT 66 announced no NHRA stuff the rest of the year. Is the NPK show still on the schedule Bob? Our governor has decreed no large gatherings until a vaccine is available.

It has not been rescheduled yet. I assume it will either be run at another track or cancelled. Same for the Norwalk race. Honestly I wanted them to pare some of the races down as it's going to be almost impossible for us to make all 13 scheduled but I didn't want either of those eliminated. Those are the two closest to my family'/friends in the Detroit area and I was going to make some visits as part of those races.

Bob has there been any chatter about maybe Dragway 42 getting a No-prep race this year from Norwalk or Rt.66 ?

I haven't heard that but nobody has actually cancelled the two races yet so it's possible.

Tulsa might be a good option to replace Joliet.

Unfortunately for Moparts fans the car is a 2019 Mustang GT500 but the motor is still a BAE Chrysler Hemi. I haven't gotten anything recently from Deeds. We will likely not have it out this season do to the Covid restrictions. Really disappointed to have to say this.
