And witnessed the unsurprisingly bad behavior of multiple Karens and Todds, all of whom were put in their place by the young receptionist. Highlights included: - "I want a specific stylist." Several of us laughed out loud at that. - "I was here first." This was said 3-4 times, all by middle aged or older people, who apparently regressed into 3rd grade mode. - "You have to cut both of my kids' hair at the same time, because if you make them wait, they won't behave." Parenting fail. Your kids look to be 10 and 8. They can behave. - "This wait time is ridiculous." Um, what did you expect? - One was mad about the wait time and left, telling the receptionist, "Call my cell when it's my turn." We all laughed at that one, too, and laughed again when they came outside and called his name, and then crossed him off because he wasn't there. - "I"m not wearing a mask" fake tough guy...who, by the way, didn't get a hair cut. First time I've ever tipped the receptionist after a hair cut.

I'm hoping to get a cut in about a week if we are off lock down... we just had a protect here in Mich last week about a barber that the state pulled his license for being open and cutting hair.. screw the state.. 3 months is long enough

My son went to Sporclips to get a haircut and was refused. His temperature was 99, as it always is and has been his entire life, but they sent him home. The world is full of misinformation and fear, acceptable range is 97-6-99.6..Unless everyone is scared I guess

The world is full of misinformation and fear, acceptable range is 97-6-99.6..Unless everyone is scared I guess I agree. 9 times out of 10 when I get my temperature taken, it is low 97's; Occasionally it will be in the 98's; but not often. Been this way my entire life. Just took a measurement for grins... 97.5 And I need a haircut too. NC is going to "phase 2" at 5pm today (Friday).

Jim, my wife is the same way, always 97.5-7. Her blood pressure is also very very low. So low that the few times she has been n the hospital after surgery it sets off the alarms and they come running. I told her my son and I make up for lack of temp and blood pressure. It also depends on how the temp is taken. There are ranges for all the various methods, oral, temporal, rectal and core...

Wife did mine last week outside on a lawn chair. Looks pretty damn good. Wondering why I paid to have it done for the last ten years. Cleanup involved an air compressor which got funny looks by the neighbors.

I bought a new beard trimmer and did my own three weeks ago. They were sold out of hair trimmers.

I got tired of overweight over perfumed, ladies lusting over me and trying to get me to cheat on my wife, of course this was 35 years ago or so, ive had my own buzz cut clippers since. It was like going to hell and ending up in a plus size strip joint, ah the memories Ive tried so hard to erase are back. THANKS!

A couple of my wife’s girlfriends cut hair professionally, it was nice going to their homes during this pandemic, and getting a trim and having a cocktail at the same time I know someone who does that too

Where I normally go its like a bunch of models working - they know what they are doing, been going there for 20+ years. Does cost more tho lol

Now all the hair dressers have to go outside to smoke. I had to work in Franklin, NC 2 weeks ago. After I finished my job, I thought "Ya know JD....you're 10 miles from GA!" I drove down 441 to Clayton, GA and found a little barber shop that was open. I wrote my name on the list hanging outside, and waited my turn. Sat about 15 minutes, and the dude came to my truck and got me. He checked my temp, which was my normal 96.9, laughed and told me I was freezing him to death! He took me from looking like Doc Brown in Back to the future to my normal look in about 10 minutes! Well worth the $14 it cost...and I gave him a $20 and told him to keep it!

I got one a week or two before the state closed all the barber shops. About a month ago, it had grown enough that it was touching my ears again, so I took the set of clippers I've had forever and went outside. Now, I've used them to trim my sideburns years ago, but I'd never used the guards nor tried to give myself a whole haircut. I grabbed an old Mopar twin-post mirror I have lying around and went to work trying to replicate my usual fade job. I used the air compressor to clean up and went in the house a few times to double-check my work on the back of my head with the bathroom mirror. Surprisingly, I didn't butcher it! I've had better haircuts, but I've paid for worse, too. I was thinking about trying it again tonight, but it just started raining, so, maybe tomorrow.
1968 Charger project. I don't have a fender tag or a buildsheet, so it's getting a 440. Help me decide on a color--most everything looks great! (NOT white. My Challenger is white. Need some variety :D) 1974 Challenger 360 2012 Challenger R/T 1991 Dakota 5.2
