ole fJ gives weight fAnAtIc new meaning! When I mentioned that I had investigated having a magnesium WATER PUMP HOUSING made some years ago .... his enthusiasm was like a 5 year old kid on Xmas morning! ...

But that enthusiasm is a little SHORT SIGHTED ..... if he was THAT concerned he’d get rid of that Helley crab on save about 10 lbs OR SO with a Plastic Fantastic...... PLUS YEAH get rid of that heavy New Yack license plate...

Yeah I really miss some of Lee's tales of street racing in NYC back in the day. I guess I'm going to have to break down and be an active member on Facebook like most of the other guys that we don't hear of around here anymore

I miss FMJ, and seeing Scott Smith's posts too...and I'm sure there are others who've bailed as a result of Infolinks.

I guess a lot of people access Moparts from their phones, and I know the Infolinks deal has turned them off.

Agreed, the FB Mopar sites are pretty painful, but typical of internet foolishness.
One of the great things about Moparts has always been the sorting and correcting of info.
Granted, sometimes it gets rude and counter-productive, but most everyone here can post in an intelligent and fact-based manner.

Must be a really old pic cos I did his 4150 950 hp years ago that helped him get in the 9's and put both of us in the magazines.....Great guy and he's crazy about perfection and it definitely shows in everything he does.....

did Lee ever sort out the wiring mess under the dash ?
there were many ounces, if not a pound or two, that could have been saved under there !

The craftsmanship he displayed was truly amazing.

I was just looking at some of his art work and it's simply amazing how you can create a masterpiece with a rattle can and a block wall or train car. He also is a very bright guy with a mind that can solve a problem with creative engineering.
