This is with much heavy heart, but we wanted to get the word out as soon as we confirmed with the City government. We will miss our Mopar Community coming together for a 34th time in April, but we hope to see you all in October. Spring Fling 34 has officially been canceled due to the latest government Covid-19 mandate. City park use will not be rescheduled until after September, so we will see you at Fall Fling in October. Chrysler Performance West Car Club is very sorry about the unfortunate situation in these unprecedented times. We appreciate your patience as club volunteers work on refunding event pre-registration fees. Be assured Spring Fling will be back next year as strong as before. Our Fall Fling 25th Anniversary event is confirmed for October 24, 2020 for your Mopar fix. Check website and social media for info and announcements. Thank you for your continued support. Any thoughts on making Fall Fling a two day event? No available 2-day dates at park from September to December Will explore Fall Fling more as we get past this. I don’t think Friday-Saturday excites too many.

Any thoughts on making Fall Fling a two day event? No available 2-day dates at park from September to December Will explore Fall Fling more as we get past this. I don’t think Friday-Saturday excites too many. A lot of people arrive on Friday so you never know. Probably more of an issue with locals as they are more likely to not have to take days off work to attend. Typical for me for a two day event in SoCal would be to take Friday and Monday off work. If I were working I would just take Thursday and Friday.

An outdoor festival in WPB I have been involved with for the past 32? years, has always fallen on or near the Spring Fling. It canceled this year and I thought early on I might attend for first time. Health of everyone permitting, I will see you in the Fall.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

Mopar Alley canceled their show too. I used to attend that show. It is strange that they cancelled so early in all of this. They cancelled more than 2 1/2 months before the show date as if someone had a crystal ball showing the future. They moved to a different college parking lot a few years ago. Maybe the Braintrusts in the college system dictated policy ?

I think their decision was based on the city not allowing them to use the park Show was canceled due to a city-wide ruling by the City of Los Angeles, that oversees the parks... Just my $0.02...
