Asking for a friend, really 70 B body K frame, will this fit in a 75-79 B body car? Most of my peeps say no, differences in aprons? and suspension. What say y'all?

pre 72 and post 73 K members are diff monsters.
Aside that, 70/72 are a bit diff from pre 69. Interchanges as a full assembly but sway bar mounts diff, so if you install a 69 K member on a 70, will need to match the 69 sway bar parts as far I know
Then, up to 72 all V8s are same K member but Hemis... and of course /6s are diff from the rest too.
since 73, /6, SB and BB are diff.

The 75-79 B body K frame first appeared in 73 or 74 and I know I pulled one of them for one of my 76s. It was also used in the 80-83 R body NYer, Newport, St. Regis and I transplanted one of those in to my 75. Recently stumbled over this handy reference:
