I kinda like the show myself. That Guy Eric reminds me a lot of an old friend I used to drive for. Same personality. The show does have a lot of scripted crap but it's a tv show. I wonder how much spray they put into those buckets ??

Looks like PTC is sponsoring the whole show. I think I read that eric actually works at PTC, maybe one of the phone guys. I like the show. It has improved a lot from the pilot show.

It isn't on where we live, maybe I'll call tomorrow morning and ask why not They started showing it on Discovery also It was on last night after MSO, it wasn't on the Discovery T.V. channel program until late afternoon or early evening, it started at 11:00 PM local time. If they have it on early next week before 11:00 PMI may watch it, it looks like a high dollar operation with two big diesel truck and race trailers in the parking lot, not low buck at all I wish I had one of these rigs, maybe not

I watch it on Motortrend tv, it's better than most but still scripted, but its still entertainment to a point ...I like Junk Yard Gold...it reminds me when I was young use to search the yards for the classic parts . I like that show too. That is my problem , I have always bought junk and tried to make it into something, You know that old saying Turning Chicken S&%$ into Chicken Salad. LOL

The Ford Mustang episode was good too. Nice car for sitting 11 years. I believe half of what that guys says, half the time that he says it.

I got the impression the car sat because the owner was a guest of the State.

The only episode I have seen is the one with the big block Dart, that someone told me about, so I saw it for the Mopar aspect....other than that...meh. And I agree with the PTC thing..they must have a big hand in the production of that "show".

When I heard that the "scholarship" he got to "attend" that institution was for a non violent "reward" I was sure I and any of my relatives or friends, didn't want to attend that same school, Way to intense boredom and other experiences I don't want to happen to me or my friends and most of my relatives One cousin I have had attended that "school" for 8 to 10 yrs in NV state institute, he is still a idiot

The dirty South laws and enforcement are a lot different than the rest of the country. I did like that car though.

With regards to the PTC thing. Both myself and friends here have purchased multiple converters from Kenny at PTC based on positive recommendations from this site and we live in Canada. All of our experiences with him and his staff has been top notch and extremely enjoyable. His staff members have been there forever and they all speak very highly of him. My guess is that he treats the local racers very well and them including him in the show is a way to give back to PTC. I do not know for sure but I do not think that Muscle Shoals is a huge metropolis and giving back to someone in the community that builds products that supports your hobby only makes sense! This is just my opinion and not based at all in fact. Just what I think is going on.

Excellent customer service and a good person to chat with.. Good to see him get a little air time..
